"Beer is synonymous to HAPPINESS!" This is the mantra of SALZBURG CERVECERIA which was love at first bite for us, so much so that we had to do a repeat during our 6 days stay in Barcelona, Spain.
I guess we simply reached our saturation point in the fertile land of tapas and paellas, thus this joint was a welcome respite for us - untypical choice yet proper given the moment.
Vast selection of gourmet sausages (chistorra, schublig, chorizo, etc), toppings and add-ons by permutation (caramelized onions, olives, quezo-balsamico dressing, etc), excellent for a weary traveller and perfect for a sausage geek!
And what's a Cerveceria without quality beer? Salzburg also boasts of a vast selection, but proudly recommends Estrella Damm fresh from the tap, self-pouring and metered (measured per milliliter, or per ML). Superb quality, proudly C.A.T.A.L.A.N.!!!
